Laboratory services done at the office visit can range between $100-$300 in addition to the $350.

Vaccines

Vaccinations are available and range from $50 - $215.

We advise you to bring any vaccine records to avoid high cost.

Please visit the CDC webpage for vaccine requirements according to the applicant's age.

Insurance

We accept most health insurance plans for the lab portion of the exam.

We provide orders for vaccines to get at your local pharmacy.
