USCIS Immigration Medical Examinations

Our USCIS immigration medical examinations are completed in accordance with current USCIS requirements. We provide immigration physicals exams for individuals applying for permanent residence and other immigration benefits requiring Form I-693.

Meet Dr. Piyush Patel

Dr. Piyush Patel is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience serving patients throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he grew up, and is a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon authorized to perform immigration medical examinations.

Dr. Patel has extensive experience conducting immigration medical examinations, having completed more than 1,000 exams since 2020. He stays current with immigration medical requirements by regularly attending professional conferences and maintaining direct professional contacts with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). His experience and dedication have earned him strong recommendations from immigration attorneys throughout Montgomery and Frederick Counties.

Beyond his medical expertise, Dr. Patel genuinely enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and learning about different cultures. While his primary focus is providing comprehensive primary care, he finds immigration medicine especially rewarding because it allows him to meet individuals and families from around the world during an important chapter of their lives.
